My Go-To Green Juice Recipe



Need a morning pick me up? Fancy trying something new? Determined to get that healthy summer routine back on track? Well, you have come to the right place. After 3 months of being in lockdown, I believe I have mastered the perfect recipe for your morning pick-me-up. 

You will need:
  • A smoothie blender*
  • 1/4 of a Whole Cucumber 
  • 1/2 cup of Frozen Spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Tumeric 
  • 1 cup of water (300ml) 
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional, for sweetener)
  • 1/2 a lemon

The Recipe:
  1. Firstly, wash your Cucumber and chop into bite-sized pieces, ready for blending.
  2. Throw in the spinach, cucumber, turmeric and ginger into the blender.
  3. Squeeze the lemon and pour into the blender.
  4. Pour in the water.
  5. (Add the honey.) 
  6. Blend for 1 minute on high power.
  7. Pour into a large cup and serve with ice.
  8. Bon appetit!
